H&A Recycling (warrantor) warrants all parts for 100 days
unless otherwise specified from the date of purchase. IMPORTANT: All gaskets,
seals and timing belts are NOT warranted on Engines, Transmissions, and Rear Ends.
To prevent leaks and damage we strongly recommend replacing gaskets, seals, and
timing belts. Warranty VOID if part is altered, disassembled, or overheated. Labor
is NOT warranted. In the event of defect, promptly notify warrantor. Warrantor
will, at warrantors option, replace parts, give a refund, or give a store credit.
All refund or store credits are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No refunds on ordered parts unless incorrect parts are received
by the purchaser. H&A Auto Recycling reserves the right for replacement before
granting refund. Customer is responsible for having the part(s) returned to H&A
Auto Recycling before refund or exchange will be granted.
All parts are sold "AS IS" and are not returnable. Under
no circumstances will any return item be accepted without an approval by a salesperson
or management. No cash refunds will be given, parts credit only. There will be
a 25% restocking fee on ACCEPTED returns. No returns or deposit refunds on special
orders and/or body cuts. Warranty is VOID if parts are altered, disassembled,
or overheated. All Cores MUST be returned within 10 days or warranties are VOID.
WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO; LABOR, INSTALLATION, REMOVAL OR USE OF
THIS MERCHANDISE.
